CEO/Executive Incentive Plan Design
An effective incentive program is key to an executive’s total compensation package and imperative to motivate, attract and retain top talent. We collaborate to create a customized incentive plan design that incorporates industry best practices and establishes specific performance criteria to drive achievement of credit union goals.
To make this happen, we explore your credit union’s mission, vision, structure and strategic plan along with present and planned services. Our consultants will seek board input and may work with a committee to determine desired CEO performance factors and goals. By the end, CU HR Solutions will develop a final incentive assessment tool and written procedures to be used in driving the CEO/executive incentive process.
