Do your supervisors have limited experience in basic employment law? Or do you have experienced managers who just need a refresher course? That’s where CU HR Solutions’ Basic Employment Compliance Management Training comes in.

We offer awareness-building workshops for inexperienced managers or refresher courses for your more seasoned supervisors. Participants will get an applicable understanding of the laws that govern hiring, compensation, discipline, termination and harassment. We will also review your credit union’s policies and procedures as part of the workshop.
